What cutting methods did you try? Which ones did you prefer and why?

Eating less and moving more. Generally seems to work.

Recycling my own spunk for proteins does wonders for me.

Cardio. Best way to cut while maintaining muscle. I like jogging with about 35lbs of extra weight.

I've been eating carbnite for the last few months. Under 30g of carbs 6.5 days a week, one night of carb loading. Lost a few inches off my gut so far. Slow progress though.

OP here. I need to mention that I am not fqt, I have very visible serratus/abs/arm veins. I bust want a very defined jaw and visible abdomen veins. I do and did when expimenting those diets 1 h 30 of bodybuilding and 1h of cardio everyday.

So I tried DNP: very efficient but too much problems (mostly lethargy/heat and supplements).

Keto 2 months: principal problem was constant lethargy, and getting the fat back as soon as reintroducing carbs

Intermittent fasting (eating only a medium sized dinner): it's the easiest for me but not enough results

Progressively reducing calories: I hate this one because it's so slow. It may be efficient but not seeing any difference after each week make me lose the motivation to stick to it.

What about fucking BBWs for increasing T?

Nope, 5'7 guy. 81kg now, was 93 not long ago.

I do cardio 4x/week in the morning too.

It's scary how better life is after losing like 10kg. I still have another 20 to go.

I pretty much did this to go from 187 to 165 in q4 last year, except I added 400kal of protein on lift days. It wasn't so bad so long as you are drinking a lot of water.

Now I am on a clean bulk though and it is harrrdddd to eat so much.

DNP and then ECA.
DNP for fast cutting when you a fat piece of shit and all you care about is to get skelly ASAP.
ECA for steady cutting while keeping your gainz.
DNP + ECA never worked for me.
