Picked up the weights a feww weeks ago because I didn't want to be a NYE faggot

>picked up the weights a feww weeks ago because I didn't want to be a NYE faggot
>realize how weak I am

There's nothing I can do but admit it and try to improve.

>can barely squat above 40kg
>OHP no more than 30kg
>can't deadlift because my bigger weight (10kg) is not wide enough to lift the bar enough from the ground

You can laugh at me.

I laugh with you because I'm in the same boat.

>admit it and try to improve
thats the mindset that will see you through user. most people burn out after a month or two max, give it six months and compare your stats, shit give it a year.

eat, lift, sleep, repeat. we're all gonna make it.

>There's nothing I can do but admit it and try to improve.

Cool shit man, best of luck to you.

All skeletons and skinny fats start there. Just keep coming back.

I couldn't even do the bar 10 times

I'm 6'1 auscwhitz

>starting right before new year
Even more pathetic

why dont you just deadlift from the low height?even if you start light you should hit 1pl8 pretty fast, especially with that squat. or deadlift a 20kg pl8 in each hand, put some box or even chairs under the bar, just get creative a 1pl8 deadlift is easy if you squat that much

its ok user, a few months ago i started with the bar and am now at:
150lb squat
205lb diddly
120llb bench
105lb row
75lb ohp

i know my lifts are objectively still shitty but i've also gained ~15lbs which makes me feel great because i've been skelly mode my whole life

im excited for 2017 because i wanna be russia stronk

I can squat twice what you can but my OHP is about the same

JUST

i'm right with you. I see some guys start lifting with like 20kg bench, 40kg squat.
I could barely bench the bar. About 4 months in and I'm benching 30kg.
Still weak as shit and I'm still kinda skinnyfat, but feels good to see some progress

>why dont you just deadlift from the low height?
Can't keep my back in the right position from that starting point,
also it's going to be a problem if I try with heavier weights.
Tried to balance it on some books but didn't quite work.

>skinny
>85kg

Just fat.
And I actually worked out on and off for a couple of years after losing 20kg.

>There's nothing I can do but admit it and try to improve.
>You can laugh at me.

Man fuck off. Starting out weak is what everyone does and it's nothing but respectable that you can admit to yourself that you can only improve from where you are. Keep trying, you will improve. I promise. You can make the change.

We're all gonna make it brah.

Let lord zyzz inspire you and motivate you. Forever mirin

Just keep going. The numbers will go up.

Don't worry bro, just keep at it.

Same situation OP,
I've been using stronglifts 5x5 trying to add 2,5lbs on each lift every week.

>stronglifts wants you to do it every workout
>fucking can't

Yea, same problem...Sometimes I can't even lift the same weight that I lifted the last gym session.

take a few days of rest. It won't harm you

>started before new year
>doms for 5 days straight

WEW. I stopped working out after my second year of college. 4 years later goddamn. It's def not pain, I know the difference and it's finally going away. Opening doors have no effect now, just when I reach up in the pantry and stretch my pec.

Starting back at 1pl8 bench from 260. Legs and back still sore.
