Last year I had to use the assisted pullup machine as well. Now I gained 23kg and am able to do pullup sets with additional 20kg.

My friend is a literal skeleton and can do 50 push ups in a row with ease, you may argue that he weighs a lot less than you, but he's also weak as fuck due to literally never eating. Also if you're to weak to do actual push ups, then do push ups on your knees, DYEL?

I do chinups with 35lbs assisted.

Hopefully by 2018 I'll be able to do with at least 20lbs added.

>Do this until proper reps+stool reps=10
>Rest
>Do more sets starting from good form

and just hang and let those lats stretch

i was you a couple of weeks ago, try boxing. i dont know why it let me do pull ups and chin ups, but the day after i started punching my heavy bag i was able to do five unassisted pull ups and chin ups

It's simple my dudes:

>attach bands
>get inside and do assisted push ups
I like to call them "Tom Cruise push ups".

nothings wrong with it, its what helped me go from a single -70lb assisted pullup to 5 unassisted pullups.
