Really makes you think

really makes you think

But it does matter.
Don't do curls. Do barbell exercises.
Don't squat without weight, at least have the bar on your bar for technique.
Don't jog, do HIIT unless you want to destroy your knees

Of course it doesn't matter, all of those numbers suck

this

>Dont do curls

hey, there! this is a no-judgement zone, sir!

> never heard of barbell curls
> bar on your bar for technique

just kys/leave dyel, you don't belong here

so basically if i can currently deadlift 150lbs but i start deciding nah fuck that ima go down to 30lbs im somehow improving?

yes, as long as you improve number of reps or number of sets every workout

technically that's improving something

>I am literally autistic

improving the ability to lose gains
yeah, thats called crossfit

Lol if was squatting 150lbs I'd commit fucking suicide dude

>Clearly doesn't know the prowess of barbell exercises
>Haven't even finished novice progressions

You're pretty cool for some internet tough guys who do brosplits.

idiot

more like
"STOP RAPING ME YOU MISOGYNIST PIG"

post body

>curls
>every

you're right, it doesn't matter.

because both those weights are dyel as fuck.

>post body

The outcry of the btfo DYEL

hmm I wonder why he doesn't post body and proceeds to call the requester DYEL back

What exactly is wrong with curls?

Because I'm not insecure and need to prove my point by posting my body. Do you seriously want to see a 15% bf dude who powerlifts? I'm fucking plain looking, but I can probably outlift you.

>only squatting 150lb

how embarrassing

All this is true as long as you're progressing.
I'm happy to see somebody pick up a 5 pound dumbbell for 5 weeks if he eventually moves up and continues to do so. I'm happy to see somebody walk a mile if they're jogging it a month later.
I have no pity or time for people who do that shit and never ever improve though. People who waste their time completely, who might as well not go to the gym because they're afraid to do anything that's difficult.

> people think 150 lbs is a lot
Lol

> nothing unless you have autism

If you're squatting a 50lb barbell, and a year later you're squatting a 50lb barbell, that's obviously a problem.

Fuck modern hugboxes telling people that trying hard is good enough. Tell that to a university when you bomb your exams cause you're too stupid.

>I'm fucking plain looking, but I can probably outlift you.

The outcry of the btfo DYEL

>Don't do curls

I don't understand what else you're supposed to do besides trying hard. Whine about genetics on Veeky Forums?

Absoloutely nothing.
