Around 90

53 here, i got scared the first time because i thought it was too low.

Mine was around 50-55 a few months ago. Now is 60-63. What's going on? I'm doing more cardio now than then.

66

Not bad for 210 lbs i think

Ye, keep in mind that anything 60-100 is considered healthy

110-120

Nope. If you are above 90 you are dying before 50 for sure.

I don't really do cardio

62. Trying to get to 0.

50 when quietly sitting, 40 when sleeping
Doctor told me I had a bigger than average heart tho. Also I faint if I do skipping rope.

92 frigg - does having a constant anxiety for the future and never really relaxing inflate my heart rate? I do cardio and I don't think I am this unwell physically

55 which is good considering my lung capacity is pretty shit, i guess my heart got tough to deal with my fat ass, so when I lost the weight it has a much easier time.

I never knew my resting heart rate before I got a fitbit but the heart rate tracker is a nifty feature to have.

People have different heart rates yours could just be naturally higher than average. If you're a fat fuck obviously there's something you could do to improve it but as long as it isn't like 120+ all the time it isn't really a major concern

I used to have dat magnificent stronk heart 37 resting

of course I swam 6 hours a day and had 0 stress in my life.

185cm 78 kg's so I don't think I qualify as fat as fuck

seriously guy?

you have issues

Why does your resting BPM drops after you run for couple of months?

you're heart gets better at it's job and doesn't have to work as hard. also generally you lose weight.

spoopy

47 lying down

Had 88 when I measured in April or May. Was 18 then and around 90kg.

Kekin

According to mah FitBit, resting is down to 56, from 69 this time last year. Haven't been real good on the diet side of things, only lost about 30lbs last year, but cardio health seems greatly improved.

Improved cardiopulmonary health = your hearth and lungs don't have to work as hard, heart rate drops.

your heart is a muscle, it gets stronger from running

66.

I'm losing weight and working out now. I used to be at 80 or something when resting.

53bpm yesterday at the doctor's.

Do some conditioning desu, you'll die early

6' 260 lbs, is that bad?

80 bpm, but I eat like garbage and use caffeine daily

When I was in hospital almost dead from alcohol poisoning, and right after that alcohol withdrawal, it was over a 100 constantly, with blood pressure 160/100.

For the month after, around 90 at rest, and fucking apeshit at the slightest exertion.

Now, 3 months into recovery, and working a warehouse job with heavy lifting for 9 hour a day, its 65-70 at rest, bp 110/70 at rest. I've only just started exercising again a few days ago, too.

Getting better desu.

broken

/emo

50-60 usually, but it can be as low as 44 when I'm really lazy and relaxed

Hypertrophy, I think the left heart chamber grows in size and is able to pump more blood per beat. Hence your heart rate lowers.

That's actually a very worrying sign. Syncope with exertion and cardiomegaly? Fuck son, get a battery of tests done, holter ecg, mri, echo, the works.

You have told the doc about the fainting, right?

46 desu senpai

Smoker here, sitting at around 100
Could probably be a lot better sans Marlboro

101 last time I went to the doctor. Having heart disease is dumb

Skinnyfat here, barely work out and it's 65 (in bed). In public, even after sitting down for awhile, it's around 90.

~45 while just living but my fitness watch records as low as 36 while asleep.

I'm not even that fit, sometimes I do wonder if something is wrong.
