Currently 215 lbs, more fat than muscle.

Should I cut or continue if I want to get results?

Just don't get too fat, better to build up to bear mode than slim down to bear mode.

Not sure if I should lost the extra weight first and then Bulk

All I am saying is to be careful not to get too fat. It might bring lots of bad habits and it is not a pleasant state to be in.

sitting at 89kg as of now, gained 5kgs since started in last 4 months, most of that muscle.

I want to get into this but I donĀ“t have a fucking idea about how.

Any routines for someone hove have been going to the gym for months and want to try this?

Should I lift as much as I can with less repetitions or what?

bear mode is pretty simple to achieve but it will take a while. you need to be strong to look strong

>if you're too fluffy, cut

that's it. usually you would do powerlifting/strength programs with some accessories over several years to build a brickhouse body.
