I'm down to 213 pounds, from 300+ originally, down about 15 pounds in the last 2 months though. Had 5 different people tell me within the last month that I was getting lean and they could really see a difference in me. So I decided to weight myself the other day and found out I've lost a bunch of weight since november.

Peeps been asking me what I've been doing, but honestly I think it's just limiting alcohol consumption and drastically cutting down on carbs. That's the only difference I can find that I've been doing lately. More consistent with my diet and carb cutting. Carb cutting really makes a difference.

Gonna cut down until 190 at least, then lean bulk.

Nah bulk, if your plan is to be as strong as possible in 6 months you gotta start bulking like crazy. Fighters will cut water weight anyways so if you're planning to fight at 155 your standard weight should be ~170

First 3 months i skipped leg day almost every time. Never again.

No I do upper/lower since I can't go to gym that often, engineering is killing me.

For legs I do 3 exercises only, squat variation, deadlift variation and calf exercise.

Crazy how much they grow even when I do exclusive strength work even tho my squat numbers arent even good( not even 3 plate)

I was sedentary 5 months ago. However before i started lifting i lost 15kg and reduced my bf significantly. I went in hard lifting 7 days a week with 20 min cardio every day, and my diet has been on point since day one.
