but a high rep range is how to train for muscular endurance. you can't squat the same weight for ~20-30 reps as you would for a set of 5.

I work warehouse retail, i have never seen a woman carry more than one box of paper (approx weight 29lbs) i carry four, two in each hand using plastic straps. Pretty sure if i picked one above my head and did a running throw i could chuck it about 25ft.
