Hey guys, i was wondering if when you all train everyday do you only train powerlifting? Or do you also do functional strength & fitness routines?
I do alot of oly lifting, strongman style workouts, crossfit, and running and recently started joining my powerlifting friend a few times a week and i surpass him from the start. 305 bench, 495 dead, 405 squat with wraps on (never used anything other than sleeves before). We've both been lifting for a few years, near the same bodyweight and bf %
No im not trying to sound like a dick, im wondering if you all do other shit than whats on your strength training routines and if ao what is it? What ive been doing worked well for me and my buddy is discouraged and im telling him to start mixing it up but i dont want to just tell him random shit.

That's because nobody has tried it. It's too new. But i'd say it's better than 28 free after doing a few of those programs for almost a year.

Had surgery last month and DOC-kun said i'm good to start doing activity again. What programming would you nerds recommend for slowly building intensity/volume over a long period of time? I was maybe thinking doing CANDYCRUSH but with super low numbers and adding weight as I felt better.
