5x3@80% deadlifts felt heavy, but were doable. I haven't deadlifted very much in the past couple months so it makes sense.

Bench pyramiding up to 2x2@80% moved really well, I paused most reps and did a triple instead of a second double. On my final set of 8 at 60%, I did an amrap and got 12 reps

So far my opinion of Sheiko is very positive. It is a fun program

Guize after taking a 2 month break from lifting I decided to run Madcow for a cycle to let my lifts get back to where they were before taking said break.

Now I'm just at a loss as to what kind of programming I should do afterwards. TM was shit, Candito linear was okay but I stalled rather quickly on that, and C6W was okay but I feel like I could get better progress with something else.
