I like his advice. Good for size. Only deal is, his programming isn't ideal for relative strength (something he isn't as interested in as being larger and stronger)

I don't follow e-celebs or any celebrities.

He box squats and does behind the back deads.
He doesn't directly train bench and hasn't in a while.
His argument is that certain movements can be cheated to increase gains. Also advocates a lot of work to prevent people from visiting snapcity.

He's fucking stupid. I saw his video on cheat reps and he actually tries to argue that cheat reps are good because they let you move more weight. The most basic thing in weightlifting is that your body will try to complete the movement as best as it can even if it has to recruit other muscles or compromise form. Doing that just opens you up to a greater risk of injury and even lessens the amount of work your muscles might be doing. He's an idiot with an ego.
