it's unreasonable to prescribe someone with a certain body type to change a certain way or else they'll face expulsion. if a doctor finds that someone is overweight and they recommend losing weight by light exercise and eating a recommended amount of calories, fine. the same is true for when someone is underweight, recommending an increased calorie intake is fine. when you threaten either group with expulsion from school if they can't meet their healthy weight, that's stupid.
