Just fucking eat a surplus, but it's fine, because you're gonna WEIGH the food out, so it's bodybuilding, it's training.
You gotta have a STRENGTH BASE and you don't have enough muscle to cut...

You can eat ice cream and mcdonalds, just hit your macros, and get enough calories.
You can make GREAT gains on fucking mcdonalds and shit. GREAT.
Every natural bodybuilder that looks good without steroids says they IIFYM. This means you eat whatever, ice cream, mcdonalds, just get the right macros!

Cardio has NO effect on physique. At all. you don't need to do it. Period.
Size=Strength, if you wanna look big, you gotta lift big weights, man, if you can lift a lot, for sure you will look super aesthetic, not like there is any guy out there that lifts a lot and doesn't look good.
Highly recommend starting strength + godmad to you
probaally do the strength program forever, size=strength duh, you'll look REALLY good doing a strength program
