4 months on SL

DL - 335 x 5
SQ - 315 x 5
OHP - 140 x 5
B - 230 x 5

Doing PHUL right now, came from SL and probably going to switch back a more strength based program after a few months. Hypertrophy work doesn't really entertain me.

This is all with 45lb bar:
OHP: 42.5 per side
BP: 75 per side
Squat: 100 per side (no Squat rack so I have to sort of Squat it off my bench, waddle out, do the reps, and waddle back with no safety hooks)
DL: 160 per side

PPLPPLx, I do pretty short workouts because of my schedule, generally only 3-4 lifts per.
