What's everyone's 1/2/3/4 progress looking like? I'm at 1/1.5/2.6/2.4. I've been lifting seriously for a year now and I'm crying at how weak my legs are.

I'll be honest, been lifting semi regularly over the past 5 years. I have moderate scoliosis and it affects all my lifts. leg movements are unnatural, and my right shoulder is lower than my left one so bench and ohp are weird as well.

5'9 170 lbs
1 rep maxes
OHP - 125 lbs
Bench - 225 lbs
Squat - 245 lbs
Dead - 315 lbs

My bench and OHP are good, but I CANNOT MAKE FUCKING SQUAT GAINS NO MATTER HOW HARD I TRY. I don't know if it's because of my long ass femurs or what but it's incredibly difficult to go all the way down, and ends up hurting (in an actual hurt way, not a "feel the burn" way) when I go heavy. Dead isn't great either but at least I have the lanklet excuse for that one. Squat just seems impossible.

lol I feel you guys

my estimated 1RMs are:
OHP - 125
Bench - 180
Squat - 190
Deadlift - 315

bought some raised heel shoes (turns out my left ankle is fucked up) and am squatting 3x a week now. my new years goal is to squat more and to 1/2/3/4, or at the very least 1/2/2/4. been lifting for about 10 months or so

2/3.25/5/5.5
Been lifting for almost 4 years seriously

Weight is 2pl8

1.5/2.5/4.5/5 5'7" 190lb
Consistently lifting for 2 years, currently bulking after cutting to 160lb. BF% in the high teens, abs have gone but strength is up a fair bit.

1/1.75/2.5/3.25

am I making it?

You're getting strong. Hit the 1,2,3,4 and then cut, cut, cut.

1/2/3/4 for 1 rep? or according to one's program?

ORM are
.9/1.6/2.25/3.25

Like I don't know how to convert these to plates perfectly, but I've been going on and off for about 3 years now. Feelsbadman. When will it be mine turn for 1/2/3/4

I've been lifting for 6 years and my 1rm's are.

OHP - 150
Bench - 215
Squat - 280
Deadlift - 415

I feel like I should just give up on ever trying to get strong since I'm obviously weak asf.

Started lifting in August

1.1/1.5/3.1/3.5

you should be far beyond 1/2/3/4 after 3 years. Are you incresing your lifts every week? eating a lot?

I thought lanklets were supposed to be good at dl. Long arms and what have you

Lifting about a year.
Estimated 1rms are...
1/1.5/1.5/4
Fuck squats and bench. Being a lanklet sucks in the gym.

When I lift I have, but I've been very inconsistent. I almost never stall but I play a bit of sport and have had fairly long lay offs due to injuries and illness. Frustrating having to come back and dropping the weight and spending a week or two regaining strength.

5RMs:
205 ohp
295 bench
335 squat

1RM:
495 dl
225 snatch
285 CnJ

115/170/290/335 x5

my bench eats ass, everything else goes up as expected but I keep stalling on that

Manlet detected.

Only short guys manage to get their bench & ohp faster up than diddy & squat

>I'm 5'10"
>when they can actually smell the averagenes
>American btw

Some people just have shitty builds for squats.

>get lifting shoes with raised heels
>try different squat variations
>make sure it's not a mobility issue like tight hammies or piriformis syndrome

Nah, I'm a manlet (5'8) who's upper body sucks while lower body is skyrocketing. Ohp 90, bench 145, squat 255, deads 385.

I have longer arms, which hurts my upper body lifts.

1pl OHP is way easier than 2pl bench

5'4 Dwarven Prince, 63kg bw
>55kg OHP
>85kg BP
>120kg Squat
>150kg DL

Just gotta eat and I'll be there in a few months.

>180kg deadlift
>80kg Squat
What the fuck have you done? Is that an estimated 4pl8 deadlift and you were doing some dumbass touch-and-go? Do your quads not exist?

around 2 years of lifting
OHP - 140
Bench - 205
Squat - 240
Deadlift - 405

Havent done flat bench in a while mostly incline at 6x3 making great gains.
also have only been squating for around 2-3 months

aiming for 1 set of 5 reps at 1/2/3/4.. currently at 40kg/60kg (dumbbells)/2/2.5

Hoping to be at 1/2/3/4 by june at the latest

1/1.5/3/3.5

4months training

5' 10"

OHP 115
Bench 195
Squat 325
DL 275

I require assistance.
For some fucking reason my deadlift refuses to go up. Used to have a 325 DL but its dropped and now it won't go up. Also my shoulders are shit.

Pic for reference.

kg?

Pretty nice

Lanklet, been lifting 1 month

37.5 kg OHP (Stalled)
50kg Bench (struggling)
1 plate squat
60kg Dead

Wasting my time tbph

m8. No-one's OHPing 140kg and DLing 405kg. B srs

Keep at it. If you're a lanklet your DL will improve quickly. I'm only semi-lank (6') but started as a 138lb skeletor with a 60kg DL, now 4 months in I can DL 130kg for reps of 5 - we're gonna make it.

OHP on the other hand... fuck. Stuck at 42.5kg myself

125/185/315/420

trex mode or gtfo faggots

1/2/2/4

I did those numbers in my first 3 months of lifting
How is it possible that ur all so weak ?

> OHP is stuck at 58kg

Otherwise I'm at 90/125/160 (215/280/355)

172cm 72kg manlet archduke

1.5/2.5/3.5/4.75

Lifting for about a year now

(1) make sure that your form is good. have a trainer or somebody who actually knows what they're doing watch you, since we probably can't help much over the internet
(2) if your grip is failing then change it. the hook grip will R E K K your thumbs until you get used to it but is the last grip you're ever going to need. Done right, it'll get you through the next couple hundred pounds of diddly.
(3) eat more.
(4) eat more.
(5) eat more.

I have been lifting since September 2016, still a beginner.
165lbs at 6ft tall currently

Estimated 1RMs:

OHP - 120lbs

Bench - 150lbs

Squat - 240lbs (can do like 2x5 at 220lbs)

Deadlift - Probably around the same as squat, but I haven't been doing deadlifts regularly at the moment so I won't count it. I'm putting them back in my routine next week.

Good, but I wish better.

OHP - 90
Bench - 135
Squat - 210
Deadlift - 245

OHP 135 for 3 is my best
Bench 245 for one
Squat is 315 for 2
Dead is 395 for 4
Been lifting for about 2 years.

These are working weights, not 1RM, however

No, I actually pulled the 405. The squat is estimated. Just fuck my shit up

Not at all true

>95
>135
>215
>250
Lifting 2-3 months now, I used to bike heavily so my legs are a bit bigger

Extremely true. If it takes you 3 years to get above 1/2/3/4 you're doing it way wrong, missing days, getting shit sleep, not eating enough, or various other issues.

Uh, dumb question, but are these how many plates you should be able to lift in OHP, Bench, Squat and DL?

These are my 1RM and I feel weak af to be completely honest.
OHP: 182
Bench: 200
Squat: 407
DL: 420

Squat 140kg
Deadpress 100kg
Benchlift 75kg
Press 30kg

Also this is 5x5 and 1x5 on Deadpress

1RM is probably +20% for each

Been lifting 1 year.

>Don't start different lifts at different times

Absolutely true. 1/2/3/4 is a 1 year goal for the average male.

form most likely

Thanks bro. I started DL at 40kg, doing SL. I've had lower back problems in the past so wanted to start as light as possible really.

Also got a problem with right shoulder so OHP is suffering. I fully expected to stall on quickly though. I don't have high goals. If I can reach 2pl8 dead, 70kg bench and surpass 40kg for 5x5 on OHP I'll be happy and will then switch to a hypertrophy split anyway

5'11 122.5kg
1RM
OHP - 100kg
Bench - 140kg
Squat - 220kg
Dead - 220kg

Cutting atm, trying to get down to 115kg-118kg. should i expect any strength loss or will i be able to build more?

>my ohp is all right just be stuck at 150-160lb for a while
>my bench is good just think I plateaud though at 295
>I feel for you shitty squat bros by I'm happ to say I finally reached 315 and slowly progressing
>my diddy has been shitty stuck at 335 but now switching to mix grip finally so should go up a lot
30 yo, 6ft, 195lbs, 1 year lifting

1RM

57.5 kg
77.5 kg
110 kg
140 kg

weak all around, but i'm making progress with my squat again, finally. doing Texas Method, but my bench isn't doing great. going to stick with it a little longer, maybe add more sets on volume day or maybe when i reach OHP 1pl8, i'll just stop doing that as a main movement and focus on bench.

>Everyone hits 1/2/3/4 in a year bro
>Multiple times it's been shown that most of fit has not hit 1/2/3/4
inb4 claims that everyone on fit is Most commercial gyms, the most prominent gyms, have scores of people unable to deadlift or squat over 2 pl8
While it's entirely possible, to make the statement that everyone should be hitting it in a year is retarded and the kind of anecdotal bullshit 19 year olds spread on here. The more likely scenarios is pic related.

Here's my progress in about a year:

OHP 60 kg (est.) to 82.5 kg
BP 95-100 kg (est.) to 132.5 kg
SQ 70 kg to 120 kg
DL 110-115 kg (est.) to 185 kg

It's so sad how shit I'm at squatting. My legs aren't even tiny, I see people with half my leg mass squat more. Long femurs fucked me I guess.

What's long? I daren't even squat proper weight because I can't keep my feet flat on the ground when I go down...

My femurs are almost as tall as my torso man and I ain't even that tall (187 cm)

Sounds like you should buy some olympic weightlifting shoes with elevated heels to get into proper form. Some people need that. I probably need a pair too, my calves been cramping hard during squats recently.

>>Everyone hits 1/2/3/4 in a year bro
Agreed, it's a very safe and reasonable 1 year goal for the majority of lifters.

>>Multiple times it's been shown that most of fit has not hit 1/2/3/4
Hardly surprising, Veeky Forums was mainly bodybuilding in the earliest days but is 90% newbies and people who don't lift much now.

>inb4 claims that everyone on fit is

>Hardly surprising, Veeky Forums was mainly bodybuilding in the earliest days but is 90% newbies and people who don't lift much now.
lmao it hasn't been about body building in years, so everyone should be running 5 pl8 diddlies right? Because linear progress continues forever for everyone, period.
>If you're going to shit all over anything that goes against your nonsense then why even enter the conversation?
>Pls don't shit on the weak argument I'm going to make before I can make it
>I can only speak from experience
>to make the statement that everyone should be hitting it in a year is retarded and the kind of anecdotal bullshit 19 year olds spread on here
You dumb as fuck nigger.

You're the guy who almost slips a disc quarter squatting 315 then brags about his lifts, aren't you?

Do you need a lot of added muscle mass to hit 1/2/3/4? Like I imagine it's easy at 200 lbs bodyweight and harder at 150.

I feel you OP. About 1 year in. Current 5RM in lb:

135/205/245/275

I want 2pl8 bench 3pl8 deadlift so bad.

Body weight is a big factor for any lift. It's alot harder to squat 3 pl8 when it's only 1.25 times your body weight than when it's 2 times your body weight.

I'm like everyone else. Personally I reached 1/2/3/4 after 10 months and only responded because I saw an edgelord talking nonsense

Yes, some people seem to brag on Veeky Forums, yes many people take longer than 1 year and yes many take a lot less than a year, none of this alters what I originally said: 1/2/3/4 is a safe and sensible goal for the average male.

He's going full ragemode presumably either because he hasn't hit 1/2/3/4 or he's just an idiot. Either way it's a pointless argument.

Who cares how long it's taken you you're still far stronger than the average normie. Also, imagine how weak you'd be if you were doing something else for the past 6 years?

You're trying really hard to push this average male narrative. The average male isn't 200+ lbs and with prior excising experience. Both of which you're going to need to hit those weights that fast.

6'2
lifting for 2 months

45kg ohp
80kg bench
still working on squat form (doing front squats) so lel 60kg
140kg deadlift

I hit 1/2/3/4 in a year, legit with proper form (had times when i stopped progressing for a couple months to just perfect my form) doing SL 5x5. However, I started when I was about 310lbs (down to 280 now). So even though I can say I hit 1/2/3/4 it's really not very impressive when you consider my size.

The biggest issue I had was bench, my bench is still terrible, but i think due to my size my squat went up crazy high and it's actually higher than my deadlift now (though I swapped to 5/3/1 and am trying to get my deadlift to match my squat).

It was really embarrassing being able to squat 350 atg but struggling to bench 150 5x5.

The average weight of a 20 year old medium build male is 170 pounds roughly. Hopping on symmetric strength and calculating those lifts at that weight, assuming you're able to 1 rep dead 415, you should be able to do a few reps for the squat and 1 rep OHP and bench. That puts most of your lifts in he proficient level which is not sub 1 year for a true novice.

Interesting. I think I'm close to 150 5x5 but I didn't think I was anywhere close to 225 1RM.

This week I hit:
Squat: 270 x 6 from 185 x 5
OHP: 125 x 6 from 100 x 8
Bench: 177.5 x 7 from 155 x 5
Diddly: 320 x 6 from 275 x 8

Been lifting 2 months, doing a greyskull LP.
5'9 200 lbs.
