I have good control of my voice since I sing but my (singing) voice is very high and soft and almost androgynous. My speaking voice is average in pitch but it feels like there's no force behind it, even when I project from the chest like you're supposed to it's quieter than everyone else.
Was I just born to suffer as a voicelet?

I find that my voice is high when I am anxious, and my voice is the lowest when I am most confident and calmest.

In general, slow down your speech and try to be as short as possible.

Doing a sort of deep chant (holding the deepest possible note I can hit for a few minutes with various syllables then going slightly deeper when your voice is ready and repeating) helps me somewhat. Unfortunately there are some days where you're a certain type of slightly congested or something and just have an unavoidable cuck voice that this exercise doesn't fix.

You really have to be actively be managing your voicebox in order to change the pitch of your voice and everyone can tell you're doing it. You're gonna look and sound autistic. Just accept your natural voice.
