Biomedical Engineering sounds like a good fit for you. Biophysics would also be a good fit for you too.
I am going to assume you are either a highschooler, just got out of the military, or just an adult student. I just want to warn you that both require a good amount of math. So I suggest you become very comfortable with that fact.
As for schools, I can't really help. I am in a completely different major, I just have a love for biophysics.

so I was always really good at math
but I think the biggest thing that helped me was that I took a summer program there called pre-college, which showed interest, and then I applied ED. I also went to a good private high-school.
It's a really good school, and I enjoy it a lot. I would suggest just work on getting good grades and if you want to get into CS try to have a nice github

I didn't get into LA but I got into Cal. A LOT of people ddidn't get accepted to LA for whatever reason this year. You'll make it breh. Transferring from a csu isn't that difficult.
