I always see posted on here that women have no idea how to accurately measure something and I never believed it until I've been seeing it happen to me. I'm exactly 5'8" and if I never mention my height at all girls I meet will always guess I am 5'10"-5'11" and if I happen to be wearing boots I've even gotten a few who think I'm 6'. When I tell them what I actually am it always surprises them.

You will always see online women saying they need a man over 6' but the reason for that is literally because it looks nice and even written down and they think that's all that can look tall. They seriously have no idea what it actually looks like. I can't speak for anyone shorter than me but if you are in that 5'8-5'9 range the only place you will ever get bullied for it is online, in person seeing what women actually believe shattered my previous belief and my insecurity is pretty much gone.

I'm talking about those shoes with big soles, not the actual heels designed to look like shoes, just to be clear

Recently had a docs appointment and they checked my height for the first time in a couple years (didn't check at other appointments because didn't think I'd grow since I'm 20 now) and I grew from 5'6 to 5'7, which is a nice little boost.

My dad was short his entire life but didn't stop growing until he was like 25 and ended up 5'10. Probably won't get that tall but I'll take any extra inches.
