It's actually not a terrible meal for diets if you're making it yourself, it's only bad if you get it from a Chinese place where they'll fucking drown the rice in oil with minimal veggies.

it's a dish where you take regular, boiled rice, and pan-fry it with vegetables, oil/butter, an egg, soy sauce, and spices. It's pretty good but it's probably the least healthy way to eat rice.

It's not too bad if you make it yourself and control how much fat you use, especially because you can eat it as an entree with lots of meat instead of as a side item.

In a lot of cases, they probably just genuinely get along really well. If one third of the population is normal weight, one third overweight, and a third obese, there are about equal numbers of fat and thin people. So it's not too surprising that someone a thin girl ends up really liking is fat. Plus, some fatties will work a lot on their personalities to become super nice, interesting, funny, or likable. Certainly not all, but some do. Those girls probably just don't care too much about what another person weighs.
