just learn moderation. i grab a slice of pizza every other day while i'm at school bc it fits my macros. i'm cutting it out now just because it's too pricy for me to come to terms with. i find this is the best to overcome your food addiction. normalize eating all type of foods, including junk shit, just to become comfortable and ready to reject or accept something. i can go months without eating junk food but i learned how to keep it within reason. my macros and calories come first.
