I always wondered - this guys goal is obviously to build a very strong bench.
And he made it to elite levels.

But he never used any of the powerlifting form - he could bench a lot more even if he did.
It's really weird why he doesn't. Maybe it's a personal preference not to "cheat" but he could at least arch a little for better activation and also safety, no?

how is it impossible. when you stand and your arms hang from your body they are already below parallel. yeah there are some people who can't even walk. for them it's physiologically impossible to squat. does not mean the lift should be changed

It's not bad, I've certainly gotten stronger running exactly what you're planning on running. I like that it's customizable.

The squat and dead ones seem to rely on talentchaddery to an extent. They're okay. The 3x benches are all good.

Been doing SS for 3-4 months and its going great. Lifts are going up.

Wondering if cardio after workouts or on rest days will interfere with recovery? Thinking of only light cardio for the mood gains.
