I just do rack pulls and cheat rows now.

It depends. Currently I do 275 for 6 reps. I can do 315 for a single pull pretty damn easy, but I'm reluctant to go over that because the top of my back curves, if I want to keep good clean straight lower back form I need to keep it where I'm at and build slowly. Double progression seems to be working out for me though.

Could probably get there in another 6 months easy, at least for single pulls. Only 5'8 140 lifting 5 months though.

Lifting for 1.5 years, max is it 365 and progress is slow as fuck

Not OP but im on my 6th month of training and max DL is currently 190kg (I got 200kg off the floor but nowhere near lockout).

estimated bench max is 113kg
tested squat max is 135kg

haven't done a 1rep max of either, but will be doing in a few weeks time
