I just don't want to look like this anymore;-; been like this for a few years now.

This time last year I was 95kg at 1.80m and looked very fat.
Currently I'm 80kg at 1.80m and I look normal.

My original goal was 80kg at 1.80m. I started dieting in February 2016 and lost the 15kg by July 2016.

However, when I reached 80kg at 1.80m I realized that due to my lack of muscle mass, I looked more fat than a normal person would at that weight and height. So after the summer vacations, in Sept-Oct 2016, I went down to 77kg.
But in November I stalled, and during Christmas I put on a couple kg back.

I've been going to the gym in the meantime, and although my weight has been pretty much stable +/- 2kg since summer, people look at me and say I look like I've lost more. I think it's my body composition changing.

To give you an idea, last Monday I bought a pair of Levi's at 31 waist size. I think I need to go down to 75kg at least, though. Losing weight in the very cold months is hard though, I feel like I'm hungry all the time.
