I'm 5'10 and 120lbs for now.
At 5'10, at what weight am I considered normal?
Probably around 150-60. 120 is twink tier
170 if you wanna be fit/muscled. 150-160 is normie weight
holy shit 120 is so underweight. You arent normal until atleast 140, but 150 is more ideal
That's pretty small...
At 5'10, I'd say 160 would look a bit skinny, but be alright. I'd say 180 would be good for looking good.
180 would be overweight on the bmi scale. 170 is just right
If you are above 5 ft 9 then you need to weigh at least 200 lbs to be considered an adult male. How much of those 200 lbs are fat/muscle is up to you.
Well this is me 190lbs at 5'10.
...
You can't go purely by BMI. I'm 5'9, 180lbs and that's considered overweight.
post body to prove BMI wrong
Yeah my bf% is a little high but I'm by no means overweight

You're right. You actually look good and not overweight.
Thanks bruh
that's 180? I used to say I wanted to be 165 but I guess I'd still be dyel :\
What's normal or fit for 6'1?
3kgs for every inch
so add 9kgs to whatever everyone is saying here
Depends on your body fat. I was 177 this morning and around 180 at the end of the day. If I was to cut down to 10%bf I'd probably be around 160-165
5'10.5"
Aprox 15-11% bodyfat
Everyone is different, different bone structures, and will look different at the same FFMI.
I assume my lean 8% bf weight is like 160.
Obviously I look like a fucking skele at 160. Other people will look bigger at same height 8% 160.
mirrin + btfo lol
obviously BMI doesn't apply to bodybuilders d00d
oh, weight 168.
At 5'8 what is ideal weight?
I'm 170, same height OP and people still call me skinny and I don't look like I lift with clothes on.
