Dairy food

So what is the consensus on dairy food? I've read tons of pages and yet can't find even one reliable source that doesn't have something retarded to say.

I drank a cup of milk this morning

Yeah I just eat some cheese just now too but want to know how it affects me.

If you really want to see its effect on you, cut it out for a month or two. I would have a very hard time without dairy...cheese is just too good

As a kid, I drank a ton of milk and ate a lot of cheese.

I had moderate acne from the age of 17-32 on my face and shoulders

Stopped drinking milk except occasionally and my skin is much better

Only thing I have to say is get about 20-30% of your daily fats from dairy. For me it's some sweet sweet mozzarella

Whey gave me pretty bad wind, casiene did not.

When i started bulking recently I started drinking 1.5l milk. Gave me the shits pretty rapidly... i was working in an office so no big deal. I'd drink a pint of milk but would have diarhera within an hour. That stopped after a month or so. I now drink 2l a day with zero problems.

Milk makes bulking that much easier than without. But introduce it gradually.

For cutting / weightloss, in moderation. Protein shakes are good for cutting too, but with water.
