Explain to me in no more than 500 words why being obsessed with fitness to the point where it dominates your every waking moment (ie counting calories, drinking weird shakes every hour, being in the gym 2 times a day, allowing yourself to become a fatass for 6 months because of "bulking", destroying your heart because of disregarding cardio) is considered healthy or self-improvement? Not to mention when you inevitably start using steroids and become so big you look like a fucking retard who can't wear normal clothes.

>not doing cardio
>bulking/cutting
>using any kind of supplement other than protein powder

>doing isolation exercises
