I understand we are all different but working out 5 days a week with cardio and abs I probably burn 600-800 cals in a normal gym session

Plus 200 on cardio ab days

Eating in the 3300 range and gain less than a pound a week.

I've also seen diets with no fucking eggs going for under 2k cal

Makes no goddamn sense

These fuckers seem to have never heard of vegatbles and fruit either

They could snack on some apple + Pb 1 tbs is even helpful for hunger

A cup of rice and chicken is only like 600 cal anyways

So 4 eggs in the morning and egg whites

+ 2 chicken meals

+Pb apple could easily get you through the day
Working out 3 days a week you'd be completely healthy
You could cheat 1-2 times a week too

I'm 6'0 and I cut on 1400kcal. It's easy and fast as fuck.

I've been lifting for 5 years, I'm 5'7 and I bulk upto 180lbs or so.

I cut down to 160lbs or so to get shredded and I cut on 1,800 calories/day.

Not everyone chooses to do cardio and some of us are manlets and don't need that many calories to maintain anyway.

6ft, 280 here. Was in the hospital for a few weeks last year and got lazy when I couldn't walk. Ballooned up. Now I've cut out soda and most sweets and tried to make things healthier. I probably went from like 3.3k to 2.5k at the start and then down to 2k a day this last week.

Cutting on 800-1000 cals a day along with lifting 4 times a week and cardio for a trip to cancun. It's hard to reach higher calories on keto right now since all I eat is meat and veg. Even "cheat meals" is usually just sushi on Sunday and I fast for 24 hours that following Monday. I'm finally under 130 (5 foot grill). You guys should try coffee enemas too.

I just stuck to 1400 -1500 kcal daily while lifting 4x a week and doing cardio 3-4 times a week. Eggs for breakfast, the other three meals were some mix of lean meat and veggies.

Yes, I was very depleted at that point. Once I ended the cut I looked (and felt) much better.

1800 is not incredibly low cal for everyone. A skinny-fat person may have maintenance calories somewhere between 2000 and 2400 unless he is very active.

if you aren't aiming for at least 2 pounds of fat lost a week, u rnt doin it rite.eat enough protein and keep lifting and u will be fine. ive kept my strength, even gotten slightly stronger. using a caliper, according to math, I havent lost any (measurable) amount of muscle, and im down 7%bf.
