For some people going in the morning makes the most sense. It really does depend on the person though. I find that I just can't get a great workout if I don't go in the morning

I just don't understand how people make time to work out. I work either early morning or late at night so my sleep schedule is never stablez then I have class from 9-3 and 6-10 and I need the little extra time to do homework and my readings

How do people go to the gym everyday like it's just a matter of not being lazy?

Regardless of how you "feel" you need to have something even if it's small so you have energy and it's a good way to make your metabolism quicken.
