Hard to say as everyone's natty limit is entirely individual and dependent on their genetics. Easier for manlets for sure.

It's a /fraud/ agnostic look. You can use roids or not. It's easier for manlets if natty. If competing in a drug tested Oly lifting, powerlifting, strongman or other sport than it's kinda shitty if you roid certainly at an amateur level. But that's just like my opinion man.

Just focus on progressing on an appropriate powerbuilding routine or barbell strength routine with accessories and getting your bodyfat to 15%. Thicc has a lot of room for maneuver. Don't think you need to worry about the individual parts too much like with bbing.

Go with sumo deadlift. It will upgrade all you want : Traps, glutes even lats. Also your arms may grow faster (my grow much faster when i deadlift hard, both bicep and forearm).

Imho its too early to both grow and drop bf.
Just bulk until you have enough mass to cut from.
More muscle mass = more energy needed to sustain organism. Ergo you will lose bf at higher kcal while having bigger muscles.

Also, believe me or not i actually lost a little bit of fat while gaining 8 kgs of total mass.

i started to see some muscles dividing (shoulders) some upper parts of abs are starting to show aswell (which have never happened to me to date)

There was a time at the Old Westside gym where I couldn't gain weight to save my fucking life.

There was this dude who trained there who could just put on weight like fucking magic. He'd go from 198 to 308 and then to 275 and back down to 198. And he was never fat. It was amazing.

I finally asked him one day how he did it.

Im 193 cm with long legs and sumo is no problem for me. Both wide sumo and semi wide sumo.
Start stretching.
Sumo is life for big glutes, traps, and arms

I found joining an actual IPF affiliated powerlifting club and getting coaching helped me with those problems.

Not sure how you can structure it and people on the official forums don't help as you're not doing the program technically by adding vanity lifts to it.

I added a few bb isolations like dumbbell curls, skullcrushers, incline flyes, lateral raises, wide grip pulls etc on different days after the main movements. It wound up looking like an old skool 1950s bber routine say Reg Park's Beginner in the end or say ICF (yeah I know Blaha sucks).

If you don't mind feeling like a t-rex until you hit intermediate and move to a routine with more upper body work like say 5/3/1 BBB or a newer variation, then just stick to the program. You shouldn't need to run a beginner routine for long.
