What is going on?! I have EXTREMELY low energy throughout the day, every day. I'm 28 Caucasian male.
I take vitamins, and fish oil. Sleep at least 8 hrs a day, eat healthy, don't smoke nor drink, no fast food, lift every 1-2 days.
Had my blood tested, everything is normal. Testosterone is normal. Thyroid is working normal. Cell count is normal. Not diabetic. EVERYTHING IS NORMAL.
I tried caffeine pills but I crash a few hours later and I had to quit as I built up an immunity.
I don't know what else to try. Does anyone else feel like this?

What did your doctor say?
Right off the bat i'd suspect sleep problems next, especially if you're american. Elaborate more on your sleep. What time to bed? What time up? How many times do you wake up at night? Dream issues? Etc?
Colton Jackson
not OP but it might be sleep apnea. Not everyone wakes up from it, but it sucks the living soul out of anyone sleeping through it. Also sucks when it wakes u up when u fall asleep. I have it.
D-vitamin might also be an issue.
Lucas Williams
Try dietary ketosis
Ryan Lopez
Specify what you mean by 'healthy' eating
Liam Flores
Super male vitality is what you need OP
Jace Thomas
Jup and it's not really detectable. Also, OP, how's your blood pressure?
Xavier Thompson
>28 Caucasian male >uses smart words like thyroid
Meanwhile Old Tyrone here doesn't bother with stupid shit, he just fucks white women.
Angel Davis
I rarely masturbate, fuck the gf a couple times a week.
I actually used Wellbutrin XL 150mg for ~10 mnths and quit as it made me feel like a zombie and didn't help what I described. Doc suggested adding another med on top of that one and upping dose but I didn't want that as I was feeling worse.
Lucas Hall
Doctor didn't know shit. I literally had like 3-4 pages of blood work done. Everything is normal.
I work night shift so I'm in bed by 7-8am and up by around 4-5pm. I eat and take pre and hit the gym around 7. work starts around 9:30PM.
I don't wake up at all. I fall asleep within a few minutes and wake up 8-9 hrs later. I rarely have nightmares. I do snore so I'm looking up sleep apnea right now.
Christopher Nelson
>I work night shift
there's your problem
Jordan Moore
I don't wake up at all but I'm going to look into the apnea. I take vitamins which have all D's and also sup extra vit c. More specifics of what you mean?
Fresh fish, beef, chicken, nuts, bananas, oranges, apples, etc. Also take casein for nights and use whey pre/post. Don't eat any candy.
Checked 4 times daily for 10 days. All normal.
Christopher Ortiz
Elaborate?
I felt like this for years, even before getting this night job? Results attached.
Noah Peterson
>I work night shift that might be it. body often can't adjust to the massively shifted schedule: this situation is called SWSD (shift work sleep disorder).
Consider seeing a sleep specialist (ie ask your GP for a referral or find one yourself if insurance allows). They can do an overnight sleep study where you basically sleep in their lab hooked up to a bunch of machines that monitor your breathing, brainwaves, heartrate, muscle tone, movement, etc. It'll detect apnea and pretty much anything else.
Dominic Morris
he's right you know, likely your circadian rhythm is completely out of regularity. Fix that.
Anthony Hall
Sounds like not enough carbs.
Jace Green
I'm going to call a sleep specialist in the morning and schedule an appointment
Zachary Watson
you need to smoke weed and watch anime for inspiration
Henry Hughes
Closest weed is 6 hrs away. Not messing with the street junk.
Anime is life bro.
Owen Mitchell
Does this stuff work?
Justin Myers
Feeling like that sucks. Sorry man.
I would stop taking the vitamins and start blasting cold water at the end of every shower. Sunlight, social engagement (even if a-social...maybe just call an old friend), and novel experience might also help.
Good luck.
(I am a robot)
Oliver Stewart
I'll try the cold water. I'm a bitch and hate cold but I'll do it lol.
I'm not very social so I'll have to start going out more too. As I'm up mostly nights I bought one of those "sun lamps" and it feels like it's helping(probably placebo?).
Thank you friend
Adam Young
How much water do you drink.? I used to be get off work and be DEAD every day. I literally could not keep my eyes open. Started chugging a quart of water first thing in the morning, with every meal, and before leaving work. Problem solved.
Of youre drinking less than half a gallon a day that might be it, especially if you exercise.
Caleb Johnson
i know why, i was on the same situation, but because of this i cant tell you, follow the right path dud
Lucas Baker
sleep too much?
Jaxon Myers
okay ill tell you get more carbs, its best to workout in the evening, 3 or 4 hours after eating, dont eat too many carbs before sleep, try this, it will work also some probiotics, or any digestive aid like ginger, to make sure you get all the nutrients of what you eat
Samuel Gray
Raising test might help
Ryan Price
For me it helped to be put on anti-anxiety meds. I also stopped eating red meat, everything else was cool. Also, very regular diet, like always at the same time. Zero sugar in the morning (no carbs).
Also you said you snore and said your blood pressure was fine. Mine wasn't but they still wanted to check my sleep, but the test is super expensive here so I didn't.
In the end it was mostly mental-meds, diet, and sufficient water. I have to be super careful about my schedules or everything goes to shit. I'm sorry man, I know how it is. I have to be careful,
