So during the last year I've made two attempts to go vegan, but both times I got massive acne outbreaks. At first I thought it was because of increased soy consumption, but even after cutting that out the acne got worse.
Were you eating a lot of nuts? Some people's acne is very sensitive to nuts. The fats in nuts can trigger acne in certain people (yes, they're healthy fats, but can still cause acne).
Or were you eating a lot of fat or sugar in general? Too much of either can cause it.

because he doesn't want to support the meat industry which rapes and murders billions of innocent animals and causes 40% of all greenhouse gases
not vegan myself, just offering the perspective.

So you've got no problem with ethically hunted game?
Jayden Davis
me personally? no
the reason i'm not vegan is more to do with the fact i'm a lazy piece of shit, however i'm not ignorant.
I may become vegan in the future when I get my life in order.

OP here.
It's not nuts, I eat peanuts and cashews all the time anyway. Also it's not because I cut out beef, pork, poultry or dairy, I quit that a long time ago. I still eat fish though and a few other animal products occasionally, but it's when I cut out all animal products that I get terrible acne breakouts.

Cut out one thing at a time you retard

I've been vegan for about a year now. I don't do it for the morality reasons, purely health. Not saying you can't be healthy and eat meat, or unhealthy and vegan. I just found that when I cut out meat and milk products I stopped having irritated stomachs, constipation, and found it easier to lose weight. All anecdotal evidence though

You replaced meat calories likely with starch calories and your grain sources are not copacetic.

Your body is telling you that the meme diet is a terrible fucking idea.
