Farmer's walks (go heavy or go home with these)
Drive with both hands on the steering wheel.
How heavy? Is 1xbodyweight too little?
Bodyweight in each hand for ~20 yards is a good immediate aim.
Farmer's Walk pretty good.
What's a good starting point? I have two dumbbells lying around that are too heavy for me to curl. Other than that, I would need to go to a farm.
just end it now man
Plenty gyms have farmer's walk handles, but in lieu of anything else you can carry those for distance.
For reference, my first time doing heavy farmer's walks they were about the same weight as my deadlift was (95kg per hand). Now I'm up to a PR of 130kg per hand, and a 205kg double overhand deadlift (nearly got 210 but dropped it just before lock out)
>farmer walks
>need to go to a farm.
Fuck, have I been doing them wrong this whole time? Are gym walks just as effective or should I look up a local farm?
>he doesn't know what happens when you train on a farm

Captains of Crush ... and then all that other stuff like farmer walks, etc.
