beans and lentils are the goat protein sources
tons of fiber reduce the estrogen in your body, fiber also lowers you cholesterol
also beans have a shit ton of antioxidants

>tfw 1kg of chicken breast
>1kg of peas
>1kg of kidney or mixed beans and lentilor chickpeas
>50g bio yogurt

If you arent lean bulking on 3.5k kilograms of food(3500 cals 400gprotein 50g fat rest complex carb) YOU DONT KNOW SHIT

>729 kcal
>dry weight

Nice try vegan.

theyre pasta tier easy to cook too. I only eat them for the fiber

how does this disprove anything?

>how does this disprove anything?

You intentionally made it seem like the beans were a good compact protein source, but they're actually a poor protein source. Nice try breh.

>Fiber lowers est
Got a source
>Fiber lowers cholesterol
Which the body needs to make test...

Take the peas out and add in 2l of skim milk and you got my current diet.

Why are you measuring them in cups?

Do you think all the cholesterol in your body is used to make test?

Replace your father with Mangozo the bull and you've got your current household

>calories are not important
Ok friendo

whats wrong with milk

...

>garbanzo beans
>wanting to fart constantly and have shitty macros

No thanks, ill stick with lentils

>not wanting to fart constantly

>400g protein
what did he mean by this?

>intentionally being this retarded

You vegans are so predictable.

I eat 100-300g per day. Pair em with eggs and jalapeno peppers. Stuff is fantastic.

Isn't lentil protein not complete? Don't you need like a meat or eggs or something to make it a complete protein?

why do people think you have to be vegan to eat beans? not everyone can afford to eat meat twice a day.

still not understanding your logic

its a cup of beans, it even says a cup of chickpeas is 39g

I put them in a food processor with olive oil, tahini, water, garlic and lemon juice for a GOAT tier homemade hummus. You can literally slather it on anything (meat, vegetables, etc) for an extra protein and calorie boost.

No, because I eat chicken, not beans

> beans
> muh 20g proton per 80 of carbs

> not based lentils

>tfw whey protein
>140 (one hundred and forty) grams of brotein per cup
