Why do brainlets who don't know a clue about history...

Why do brainlets who don't know a clue about history, like to compare things they don't like to Nazi Germany or Adolf Hitler? Obviously this is a shitty leddit meme but people like to make historical connections to Trump and Hitler when Hitler believed in will and conviction. The concept of will and conviction and the idea of the volksgemeinschaft, a people's community is part of National Socialist ideology and until Trump decides to invoke these concepts and starts to arrest dissidents and throw them in camps, I think brainlets should fuck off.

Decades of propaganda made Hitler and the Nazis some evil caricature, so when you try to present someone as 100% bad, you compare them to Hitler/Nazis.

But yeah, Trump is most certainly the type of person who would say "Hitler wasn't that bad."

Because to most most people:
>Hitler=Ultimate Bad Guy (and he was a pretty bad dude)
There is literally nothing worse than Hitler in all of history and literature as its understood today.
Except maybe Satan..

Hitler has been demonized to the point of becoming the ultimate meme, you'll have an easier time calling yourself a proud pedophile than calling yourself a nazi.
Interestingly enough many people who lived through WW2 saw him as a bad guy or a madman, but not as Satan personified. Only generations born after '45 grew up believing he was the ultimate evil.

normie brainlets think history repeats itself

>But yeah, Trump is most certainly the type of person who would say "Hitler wasn't that bad."
>unironically believing Zionist civnat drumpf would think this
>unironically thinking any U.S. president would be allowed to think this

>Trump disliked [a group of people].
>You know who also disliked [another group of people]? HITLER!
>BLUMPF = HITLER CONFIRMED

Let's see, Trump has a hard on for modern dictators and is spending too much time reading racist shit on the Internet and being surrounded by these types in the White House. He's not stupid enough to say it, but yeah, he's certainly thinking it.
But yeah, even is he says "Hitler is a good guy" his fanbase wouldn't notice, they'll just say he didn't REALLY meant it.

>expecting the general populace to be competent at politics and history

>some random faggot on Veeky Forums *knows* what trump's internal thought process is

Kek. You guys crack me up.

uhh

Fuck off back to r/politics faggot.

>every racist is HITLER

People have always created for themselves the ultimate "big bad". First it was Attila, then it was Genghis Khan, then Napoleon, then Hitler. People like simplifying history into black and white categories of good and bad.

Reductio ad Hitlerum has been a thing in political discourse since the 1950s.

People with lower intelligence tend to see things in absolutes - Good and Evil.

Those with a more nuanced view of history can appreciate the complexities and contraditions, which can lead to people questioning the official narrative as they stumble upon grey areas they are unable to cope with.

At the highest level, those with an even greater understanding can discern the darkest from the lightest shades of grey and come back full circle, understanding historiography beyond the soundbytes that are manufactured for mass consumption of the ignorant masses.

In the East, particularly Persia, the big bad was Alexander. The memes John Green is repeating are the result of thousands of year of condensed Iranian asspain.

Oh, I forgot it's American hours and a bunch of mutts would flood everything with their retarded understanding of... everything.

>draft dodger putting a picture of him with soldiers for muh patriotism points
sigh

I'm not American you retard, I'm Eastern European. If anything it's very American of you to paint every xenophobe/racist as a nazi. The Brits were racist, the French were racist, the Americans were racist, all of them were racist in the 1940s and fought against Hitler. Was it Hitlers fighting against Hitler?

American hours? I'm in Australia and it's 8:48am here...

>r/politics fag gets immediately blown out
That faggot should go back to exclusively riding nigger dicks.

This. National Socialism was barbarism that preached German supremacy at the expense of other European peoples. It wasn't "le racist Hitler xD white supremacy guys!" It was German barbarism.

>r/politics
Don't Trumpshits have their own very popular subreddit?

>whatabouts
You could not be more r/politics right now you stupid faggot.

It's only reddit when I don't like it.

>I'm Eastern European
Pootin, go to bed.

>Russia is the only country in East Europe
>have the gall to call anyone else American

Russia is not even in Europe

>doesn't even deny it
Oh, sweet Russian child.

>14888
History does repeat itself, but the good guys win the second time

el goblino...

It's called hyperbole you autistic faggots.

A complete lack of comprehensive education about the Third Reich. Nazis are always portrayed as the other and very few academics bother trying to teach pupils the Nazi point of view (not to glorify or justify them, but to help students better understand their motivations).

Nazis and the holocaust make up about half of the history curriculum for most students. For some people it's literally the only historical era they know in detail.

I didn't know scottish, french, and prussian was being all that much of a mutt..

...

because mass media has made them the avatar of evil, a secular evil unlike Satan
WW2 is a conflict the whole world has decided was a manichean event of polar opposites in which the allies emboided everything that's good and the axis all that is evil
so if the food at some place is awful it is OK to joke the chef/cook is worse than hitler and probably served you gassed jews in the pizza

Nazis are the big bad of secular mythology
(rightfully so)
