you most likely have rounded shoulders too. imho wall angels are the best stretch for upper body posture
stop staring down at smart phone for hours everyday. Also, focus/practice on posture is full time job, get after it!
posture is a habit, not a gift.
Wall angels are good.
Also lying on your back and letting your torso slide off the edge of your bed is good.
Straighten your arms over your head and let your abdominals, pecs, shoulders and upper back stretch out. Breath out slowly and try to release any tension in your body.
Only downside is you can get light headed depending on how long you do it.
3-4 months of consistent and balanced lifting fixed that shit right up for me. Even had people at work tell me I was walking different, looking more confident.

If i were below 6 feet i would have killed myself already. Now i just keep my chin forward to not look like fucking chin chan.
This my grandma even complemented me on my great posture. That was like the ultimate acknowledgement for me and actually made me pretty happy
