Just recently started doing main lifts twice a week as follows:
-deadlift - ohp
-bench - squat
-ohp - deadlift
-squat - bench

Highly recommend it. Personally I think bench and ohp on the same day would wreck your shoulders, especially if you do any other chest and / or shoulder exercises. Same with your knees if you do diddly and squat on the same day.

No point even risking it. Its like having the choice between a drink that has a 100% chance of eventually hurting your back but you dont know when and a drink that wont hurt you at all.

Seriously, lifting weights is just picking up heavy objects against gravity and you have a metric fuckton of choices for each muscle, why people have to pick these ego exercises because every other guy does it is just absurd. There is a real sheep culture in gyms.

Lmao no. I had back pains before I started lowbar squats and DL on the same day. Now my lower back is fucking indestructible.

im doing ohp -> deadlift and bench -> squat since i started lifting. Doing dl/squats before always grinds my cns too hard i notice concentration loss due to this which doesn't occur when i do it the other way around.

but i agree, i recommend it aswell
