I just need to know if it's balanced is all.

No.

Are you going to tell me how beautiful anonette?

Bump

Of course not. PPL will never be balanced since you do 2x more upper body volume than lower body.

Oh, yeah makes sense. Okay let me change my question, is this routine decent for a PPL? My goal is aesthetics and assuming things like proper nutrition and Rest are in place, will this routine get me to my goal?

Add one more pull on pull day

Add regular squats?

This maybe some Pull downs or chin ups

I'm home gym so no pull downs. More chin ups then? Or maybe I'll add more sets to my pull ups.

Is the routine as a whole good though? Good enough to get me aesthetic that is

Bumping this

Regular squats aren't an option due to equipment. I'm basically working with really heavy adjustable dumbbells, no barbells

Bumpier

why do you do bulgarian split squats instead of regulare squats?

And why do you train so much abs when your lower back gets barely any work compared to abs?

Hey user. I'm only working with heavy adjustable dumbbells plus a bench and stuff. No barbell. I don't have to work abs so much? Would just ab wheel be sufficient? Also aren't Romanian deadlifts sufficient for lower back? What else would u add in my situation?

Just do a fkn 5 day split, fuck all these strength routine and 2 times a week routines. 5 day split will get u the same result, u just need the workouts to be intense and u will be aesthetic. Fix ur diet also kunt

>going 6 times per week to the gym

Someone is not gonna make it here OP
(hint: making it impies rl success aswell which is impossible if you spend all your time in the gym)

Home gym user, home gym. How is the routine? Just begun dating a Qt Asian girl. I'm gonna make it

Give me an example. Keep in mind I only have dumbbells bench pull up and dip bars

following LP again after volume routine.

Goblet squats

Nice yeah I was considering adding those. Simply to compensate somewhat for there being no normal squats

and you probably should be, even good powerlifting programs have you benching more than squatting or deadlifting

looks fine, I wouldn't pick those exercises or rep ranges though

By your statement a 2 times/week schedule will get you the same results as a 5day split, why would you even do the 5day split then lmao

So it's fine but not your preference? That's fine no worries. What's your PPL?

I do full body 3-4 times a week. is this ok?

it goes Monday Tuesday Thursday Friday

where monday and thursday are heavy days and tuesday friday are volume days

You a beginner?

More volume on each muscle group unless your a stupid fuck with ur split

What does Veeky Forums think of Greg Nuckols' beginner program? I tried starting strength a few years ago but stopped because life got crazy. I want to get back into lifting but am wondering what the best strength program for a beginner would be. I already know how to do all the big lifts decently well. Pic related.

maybe some type of lighter weight DB pull where you use your lower back to stabilise? that also gives you another pull on your pull days.
