bulking unless you're on roids should be about the same weight/time as cutting maybe 1lb per week

you only need like a 500 cal surplus.

basically 1 extra meal of chicken and rice.

As usual, some people on the Internet already figured this stuff out. Obviously items on discount don't apply, but this is a great guide.

Get something thats cheap. Look for the price pr kg and calories/kg.

43% Protein AT LEAST.
That shit will give you all you need. And it tastes fucking amazing. We don't have any with added sugar in my country, however always check the brand you're buying. If it's nothing other than peanuts n shit, you're good.

Unfortunately most of peanut butter is 10-20% cut with vegetable oil, which is rich in tranny fats.
Natural peanut butter is the way to go, but it will cost you extra shekels
