I pull one day a week. Last time I maxed out i hit 565 at 218-220 bw
If I remember correctly it is 700 or 750lbs for reps that event.
once a week atm
3x1 singles power clean
few warmup sets of 5 dl
1 single dl at about 80%
set of 5 heavy dls to progress
3x3 clean pulls for a bit of volume
3x10 back extensions
3x10 facepulls
plate pinch carries for grip work
that's my dl day atm
im coming back from a long lay off though. once im back in full swing ill probably go back to having 2 pull days with sn and clean variants on either day with the odd heavy dl set
At least 3 warm up sets and 3 work sets, alternating intensity and volume ranging from heavy singles up to 10 reps with lighter weight, once a week.
Twice a week, usually 3-5 reps, 5 sets with 120kg / 264lbs

How the fuck is that much volume even possible?
Been lifting for 8 years, I need that much stimulation to progress. I'm sure it would be retarded and suboptimal for most people and certainly for beginners
nice
My 4 week cycle looks like
6x2/3 @ 80/85
3/4x2 @ 90
Fx1 @ training max (usually get 2 or 3 singles)
4th week nothing and repeat
my tr.max is currently at 485@210bw
How tall are you? I'm 6'2 with long legs and arms and I'm never happy with my stance or my hip hinge
