If I workout twice a week (lifting), how many calories and how much protein should I eat? For example, the day after I workout, I should still eat big right? What about two days? I don't want to get fat.

Also, how do I recover faster, other than glutamine and foam rolling?

if you workout twice a week recovery shouldn't be an issue. All your other questions require specific information about yourself, weight, lifestyle, and routine.

First, you shouldn't really worry about calories if you're a new lifter and not slim as fuck. You should simply eat at maintenance and only go a bit over that. If you're a woman 100 calories over maintenance should be more then enough.
You really should just eat the recommended amount for someone your size.
A woman will not put on appreciable muscle mass with the same relative or equal level of effort as a man.

You can't force your body to recover faster without steroids.
So just chill. If you're new to lifting or just an exercise you're bound to get sore no matter what.
The good new is that you'll soon get used to it and won't have to worry about soreness.
You'll just have to worry about energy levels and wearing yourself out.

eat like 100 cal more than your maintenance tdee you won't get fat but you will still make some gains even if they are minimal.

slow bulk until you don't like how you look then cut to where you want to be and start the bulk over.

I used the literal first result on my tdee. Maybe because I put moderate. A more conservative estimatr might be 1900. I aim for 2000. I still might be a trap though. Who knows.

I'm not even a gril, I am just weird.

I lift for about an hour, not pushing top. I've injured myself twice in three years trying to push too hard so I'm focusing on slow growth and endurance as well. I started working out for depression, it's been the most helpful thing for sure.

That grill is way cuter than me. My face is like 6. I am attracted to her. I would like to wrestle with her naked. And oil.

People here always say .75 to 1 proton per 1lbs of body weight
so 100 protons should be fine for you.

also it does seem small but you should realistically only gain so much weight at once.

at an increase of 1lbs per week a guy with natty test levels who goes hard as fuck 3 or 4 days a week might only put on .75lbs of muscle.

You are a girl, with girly test levels trying to take it slow because of previous injuries who is trying to not get fat.
