I have been doing legs twice a weak and the fuckers won't grow. My squat has barely moved, however my form feels much better now. Squatting used to just work my legs but now that I'm going ATG I feel it in my core.

I can't imagine having to increase my squat 2.5 pl8 to achieve the famed 1/2/3/4. It feels impossible tbqh. Can any one else with similar body type give me some inspiration?

You need to pull more to bring up your diddly, if you doin ATG highbar try accesorizing stiff leg diddlies for hamstring development and maybe sumo depending on your leverages. I got a squatters build too and those are the two things that brought my diddly from 3pl8 to 4.

You don't need to cut now. I recommend lean bulking for about 3 months, then do a hard cut right before summer shows up. You're really gonna want to add some size to your chest and shoulders imo, but overall looking good

Everything looks great, but for whatever reason, your chest looks so far behind everything else. Could be the angle, but from what I can see, you might want to work on it a bit

Also, I've been doing SS+1/4GOMAD for 5 years. Averaged around 5 hours of sleep a night for those 5 years. Was 130 lbs when I started. Tbf I gained 20 of those lbs in the last year. Squat and Deadlift are at 2 plate, bench is at 1 plate, OHP is at 95 lbs.

When I started lifting I couldn't Deadlift the bar. I started lifting come off a Veeky Forums diet of 1 apple and 1 ham and cheese sandwich a day (yes, I fell for their meme).
