Can anyone recommend a routine that is 4 days a week. And has a lot of heavy singles/doubles. Currently doing 531 BBB. 110/175/215 (75 bw)

tfw finally able to bench 100kg for reps, changed routine from 5/3/1 to 6 week periodization and the gains are way better.

For example, one scoop of Serious Mass has 25g of protien and 126g of carbs for a total of 625 calories

Low fat, high carb and high protien. Personally fat disagrees with me, i just ate a pile of duck today and i feel awful from the fat

My friend’s powercage is thinner than standard. So I couldn’t put my hands out as far as I would have liked. I think I may have also had the starting position one notch too high.

Hi trappy I did squats today with the high bar mid/lower trap bar placement and everything felt amazing, even with 3 hours of sleep and sore legs. This bar placement makes squatting feel so natural, and for some reason its easier to find the perfect depth, just below parallel.

I have a question about (conventional) deadlifts. I tried high hips today and it went very well but im not sure if what im feeling is correct. The first few inches off the floor are hard but as soon as I hit mid-shin it's piss easy. It literally feels like no effort after that point. Is that what I should be feeling? I have long memurs btw. Thanks and Im taking a nap now so sorry if I dont respond
