Today is leg day, but I still have DOMs in my glutes. What do?

Not be a pussy and go lift anyway

>DOMs

Why did you not capitalize the s? Is it because you're stupid?

/thread

S isn't part of the acronym

You stop having a fucking leg day you pussy.

>I still have delayed onset muscle in my glutes.

Stupid.

>delayed onset muscle(s)

Yeah, i guess the 's' is there to make it plural.........

DOMS
>Delayed
>Onset
>Muscle
>Soreness

Friendly reminder that you shouldn't take advice from anonymous.

that is not correct

>delayed onset muscle(s)

just do front squats. more load on the front quads rather than inner quad, hams n glutes.

kys!

...

"No"

Under submaximal loads, there is no significant difference in muscle activation between front and back squats. Read some fucking studies before you spout bullshit broscience.

DOMS shouldn't stop you.

Soreness is fine, pain isn't.

Once you start moving, it will go away, probably. How it is for me

makes sense. Increase blood flow means more nutrients being delivered and more waste being exported to proper organs.

>under undermaximal
