Good morning /fit

Good morning /fit.

I'm finally going into surgery to remove my bitch tits.

Long story short, about 4 years ago I was 315. I've dropped down to 225, but could never get my chest smaller. I researched around and discovered I had gyno. I saved up for the surgery, and I'm finally getting it done

My surgery is Friday morning. I'm not being put to sleep, and were using a local anesthesia.

Anyone get the surgery done? How was it? What's the recovery like?

>I'm not being put to sleep, and were using a local anesthesia.

literally why

...

Sorry to hear OP. I just found out that I have pseudogyno, so I should just have to cut right? Google keeps giving me "get lipo" shill results

>I'm not being put to sleep
christ what shit hole do you live in

I was told that it is an unnecessary risk, and most of the videos that I have watched online have the patients awake during the procedure.

Also, I'm in Austin Texas. It is a shit hole for sure.

I think that you can loose it via cutting alone. It might be hard though, as chest fat is some of the last to go. Yeah, the pill things are all shill.
The only solution is lipo or weight loss for you.

Can you post your gyno OP? I hope you dont get bored during surgery

Become a trap instead

What was the cost? Before and after your insurance? Are you in the US?

I'll post some later for sure.

If you're okay with anesthesia, just do that. Going under IS a risk and if your doctor says it's not necessary, you do want to avoid it.

Don't listen to all the girlymen in this thread.

Still not sure if I have gyno or pseudo-gyno.
Was 300 13 months ago, now 205 so I am not sure if it's loose skin and can be lost.

Yeah it's kinda saggy, I'm not sure if you'd consider this gyno or just loose skin. From what I've seen gyno is kinda perky?

Does anyone know what % of gyno cases can be fixed by not being a sedentary piece of shit.

Probably a significant %, and more so the younger you are.

How much op

Deciding between this or braces

It looks like loose skin to me. You can tell by feeling the area around the nipple.

If you feel a hard mass, it's gyno.

Depends on where you are but it's upwards of $1000 I think.

Nah it's closer to $5000 where I am

It costs 3990 for me. My case isn't too bad.

I had braces when I was a kid. That would be a tough call to make. My teeth aren't perfect by any means, but I do get compliments from girls about them.

Both would be great investments.

The drugs they give you won't let you remember/feel shit. Plus you're pretty high for the parts you will remember vaguely.

It's technically not general but you'll be knocked out bro.

True gyno cannot be fixed without surgery.

Pseudo gyno can be fixed by lowering body fat. Most men have Pseudo gyno, and it is due to fat.

How's the pain after surgery? I hear it's worst a couple of days after, but it's noting Tylenol won't fix.

I had minor gyno. I feel almost non existent when i see pics of others on here. But it always bothered me. I had mine removed for free, healthcare system.

Thing is i did not get the cosmetic procedure where they remove the fat in the area because it was not covered with our healthcare. So if you can get that done do it.

I remember i went under, it was fun. When i woke i made a dumb ass comment to the nurse. I said something along the lines of "i hope you saved my breasts because i want to stick it into my girlfriend"

Recovery was a fucking bitch. I had these tubes training out of my chest for like a week, fucking gross.

I still feel fat around the lower part of my chest, i think it's a bit noticeable, but I'm less self conscience about it now. At least i know it's just fat and maybe i can cut it where as before i always thought i would look like shit.

My right nipple is slightly inverted, but it's not as bad now that I'm working out more.

Good luck

Oh thanks bud.

What country are you from? It's weird that they wouldn't liposuction the fat to try and sculpt your chest.
I'm sure they surgery was worth it, but it seems like a disservice to not make sure you don't have an even more weird looking chest.

I'm worried about recovery. I hear it's different for everyone, so I'm not sure what to expect. Some people say they slept for days, others say they went to work the next day after surgery.

please post after pictures I'll be waiting

>tfw too poor to afford surgery

Lifting helps hiding the man tits, r-right?

Very minor surgery, quick recovery depending on the skill of the Surgeon, hopefully you went with a board certified plastic surgeon. Below is a training guideline after surgery.

>Mum took me to doctors when I was young about my man tits
>Said it was all sweet, didn't know what was going on really at the time
>Still have Perky Man tits

REEEEEEE

what's worse?

being a manlet or having full blown man titties?

I had surgery, it's been 3-4 years and I still have divets and it ledges where the scar tissue is under the nipple and I still have areas of misplaced fat tissue that's impossible to get rid of.
Make a note to ask your surgeon to address the issue of extra skin and large deposits of fat.

Shit, I have bitch tits myself, they showed up with puberty and have stayed ever since.

Even back when I was a skinny(ish) teenager they were quite obvious and that fucking killed my self steem like nothing else.

Wouldn't take my shirt off in public, wouldn't go to the beach/pool, etc.

Now that I am somewhat chubby they of course are the equivalent of someone who weights a good 120~150kg, everyone can see them and it's just awful.

Now that I have started loosing weight I'll try and wait to be thin again, to see what I can do without surgery but I'm not holding my breath.

Is there really no Veeky Forums way to just burn them out of existence?

Sorry for the late reply, was just at the gym :D
I'm from Canada, i saw a few cosmetic surgeons and they just wanted to do just lypo. Again, mine was very minor and it was almost all in my head. But i would have had to pay 7 to 10 grand and the whole process felt cheese ball, like the surgeons were sales men.
I had convinced myself it was only gyno and i wanted the real thing. So i did the tests, there was a slight amount of gyno and my doctor agreed to send me to a specialist.
At the end of the day it's not perfect but i'm happy. I'm 31, fit and not self conscience about it.

Recovery was a bitch. I had a good woman at the time. My Ex took care of me and i had a nurse come and clean up my wounds for a few days.

Pain and gain my friend.
At the end of the day it might not be perfect, thats the reality of it, but i think it's worth it.
Good luck.

nice self confidence buddy, you are sure to make something off of yourself

Don't let it hold you back. Get as fit as you can, the healthier you get the better off you'll be.
When the times right and if the problem is still noticeable you'll be ready for the operation.

5 months post surgery and it was by far the best thing I've ever done.
Worked myself half to death to save the money but the feeling of just chucking on a shirt and not worrying about my b cup tits poking through was totally worth it.
Save up and go to the best plastic surgeon in your area, it's absolutely worth it.

THANK YOU FOR REMINDING ME TO TAKE MY AROMASIN TODAY!!!

How long before you guys went back to work?

My main concern is that a new deadline just came up at work. I own my own architecture firm, and this is a huge contract. I know I'll have to work the next day after the surgery, possibly even the day of.

I'll be working from home, and the actual work is minimal. I have to click and type.

How fucked am I? Should I try and reschedule?

Spent $15K for my gyno surgery was the best thing I've ever done for myself and my confidence. the only downside would be the compression vest you have you wear , even then it's not that bad I did a complete 180 with my life man.

If your jobs not very physical dont stress it. After a week i was only sore. It only took two or three days till i was pist off and wanted to go out and walk around.

Unfortunately i could not work till i was fully healed up because my job is pretty hard on the body. But fortunately i get to pick and choose when i work so i decided to take at least a month off.

I'll probably get the surgery in the future. I know mine isn't terrible, but there's a definite mass under my nips no matter how lean I get. They show obviously through t shirts and I hate it

Sorry, i meant to day after a week ibwas going out a bit and being normal.

If your job is clicking around on a comp I'd say you would be good to go after a few days

just fucking do it man.

i just had mine last week and it is so relieving. i can wear shirts without having my tits printing. i've got a normal chest and i dont have to feel any of the pain and sensitivity when the breast tissue was there. I can wear white t-shirts now and lighter colors too.

don't get discouraged when they warn you about blood clots on the affected area, the shit will absorb by your body. besides that you're out of the gym for a whole month.

and the best part about it is that it doesn't come back! it's gone for good!

unless you roid

you can fix man-tits

>unless you roid

but don't they usually remove the gland during the surgery, so it can't grow back even if you roid?

i don't plan to roid so i don't know man

good job man, thats some real good progress bro :)

get that fucking surgery over with gynobros and move on with your lives

I've had the surgery and the scars heal well over time (at least for me since my surgeon regarded me as his best work). It helps the with your self-esteem and totally worth it
