When I push the bar down in the benchpress so that it goes towards below my nipples I often feel how I have to force it to stop moving that direction again - basically the bar goes infront if my elbows and I kind if jerk it back under.
Is there any solution to this or do I just have to develop a better feeling for how hard I push the bar torwards my feet?

I don't really understand the problem(english isn't my first language) but going down slower lets you keep better control over the weight. It all comes down to keeping tight and learning by experience how to control the bar.

Sounds like you need a higher arch. The reason it feels awkward to lower the bar towards your nipples is that the current horizontal distance is too large, so it creates a big moment arm.
Arch more, and widen your grip to at least pinkies at the PL ringmarks (not the WL ones).

Idk, obviously YMMV, but I feel that the squatting is already pretty hard on it, and the bench and deadlifting is fairly easy. I'd say don't inflate the squat or deadlift just yet, wait and see how they feel after your first couple sessions.
I added 7.5kg to my OHP by doing bench only and feel on top of the world.

Do you need to necesarilly bulk to get stronger or it depends on the weight you are on right now? Lets say I get to 225 at 160lbs and I stall, in that case I need to gain weight to break the plateau for sure. But lets say I'm 180lbs and 225 then would I need to necesarilly bulk to gain strenght?
can do it with maintenance but bulking just makes strength gains easier
