I started at bar for all exercises, 6'1 135 lbs twig.

Now I'm 170, almost 1,2,3,4, about a year and a half later. We really are all gonna make it.

It felt really fucking good to hit that 1pl8 squat the first time, excited for you man! Keep at it! 2pl8 feels even better. I'm so close to 3pl8 I can taste it

i tried squatting 100 x 5 (up from 97.5 x 5 last week) and i fucked my knee up

Rest. I was sprinting to catch my train one day and took a wrong step and my knee swole up like a balloon. I also felt the urge to continue squatting and doing lower body but I just had to fight the urge and took about 3 weeks off. It might be over kill, but I'm not risking being unable to lift for longer because I jumped back in it too early. After you feel back to normal, I'd give it a week back on top of that.
