I was in a long term relationship and over the course of 6 years, my ex went from average weight to overweight and then below average weight. The weight snuck up on her and she had a day where she just looked in the mirror and hated how fat she looked, so she started eating less and lost a shit ton of the weight.

Alcohol is a killer though because girls like to drink and eat shitty food, and most girls are raised on eating small portions anyway, but because they're not raised drinking booze, they don't realize the caloric intake most of the time and overdrink a lot of sugar.

Moral of the story, find a girl who doesn't drink often or at all and convince here to drink water and eat small portions and you're golden
