Serious non-trolling answer: Beans and rice in combination has complete protein and is the cheapest possible calorie source. If you shop around you can buy 10kg of rice and 5kg of dry beans for less than $20 and that will feed you for a long time.

I did once, but don't have the details anymore, and it came out to a very good blend of complex carbs, protein and fat. And simple sugars if you add maple syrup or jam. Also, very calorie dense.

I like adding a banana personally.

Protein isn't "everything the body needs" but technically rice and beans are both separately complete anyway. You could eat just rice or just beans and meet your protein AI.

Mix that shit up in a pan until it's cooked and it tastes good. Eat it plain, put it in scrambled eggs, eat it over pasta or rice. Endless ideas. Meat mush.
