Yeah it is just not worth the time or effort to be passionate about lifting whilst remaining natty.

That's why I just do full body 3 days a week and accept whatever my body looks like as a result.

it depends from person to person but mostly it all depends on if you are willing to put in heavy time in the gym since overtraining is not really and issue and are willing to eat insane amounts of food. if you do those two things the difference is like night and day.

obviously you can still look like shit if you don't work out and eat right even if you are on gear.
