looking for a healthier/better alternative to pic related

my schedule is way too busy to gain weight without a mass gainer, so don't give me that "just eat more, brah" shit.

make a cake shake!!
A cake shake! I take heavy cream and put it in an industrial blender. I throw sugar, protein powder and three to five whole eggs in there. On top of that I'll take a big f**king huge layered slice of Country Epicure - a three layer chocolate cake - and I'll mix that in a blender and I'll drink it. That's about six thousand calories in that one shake alone.

>healthier alternative
>heart disease shake
>mfw

Do I have the perfect solution for you!

100 grams oats
100 grams almonds
2 scoops of protein

1100 cal and 60 grams of protein

just eat more, brah

>Normal whey
>oats
>banana
>peanut butter
>olive oil
>greek yogurt
>carton egg whites
>milk

Play with the ratios and amounts to get the calories and macros you want then skull it.

>Whey protein of your choice
>1 cup oats
>2 cups whole milk
>1 tbsp peanut butter
>kale
>fruit

You've just made a weight gainer that is significantly cheaper and healthier.

Don't buy that prepackaged garbage for those ridiculous prices. Look at the ingredient labels and you'll see that all you're paying for is dextrose and whey.

I like to use 1/8 of the the actual shovel serving and use it as a post workout shake.

>24 oz whole milk
>two bananas
>4-5 scoops chocolate protein
>two heaping tablespoons of peanut butter
>oats if desired for extra calories/thickness
>3-4 pieces of ice to keep it cool

Blend that fucker up and you've got a great tasting bulking shake

sounds pretty dry

oz whole milk
>>two bananas
-5 scoops chocolate protein
>>two heaping tablespoons of peanut butter
>>oats if desired for extra calories/thickness
-4 pieces of ice to keep it cool
>Blend that fucker up and you've got a great tasting bulking shake

You forgot the whole cream and coconut oil and collagen powder.

And eggs.

just add water and blend. really easy to drink

OK so look at the ingredients on this. One of the first ones should be something called maltodextrin. It's the additive that they use to give the mass gainer significantly more calories than say normal whey.

The extra calories provided by the maltodextrin are crap empty calories. Your body processes them in the same way as normal sugar. On top of that it's super processed.

You would probably be better off with normal whey, or even peanut butter is probably better for you than that chemical shit.

>1,250 calories per scoop

How is that even possible is the scoop a fucking shovel? As a skele I'm about to get on this shit

yes it is.

each scoop is half a serving

Holy fuck.

redpill me on raw eggs.

always thought that was dangerous.
I like mine scrambled, or hard-boiled.

Cook until whites are mostly solid, flip, count to five, plate.

FUCKING EAT MORE. Jesus fucking christ. It's goddamn fucking math. Calories in, calories out. How can you reject the clear solution to your problem. Calculate your TDEE, and eat at a 500 calorie surplus. As long as you keep working out, you'll put on a healthy, solid pound of muscle a month.

No you're not. You're just shitposting.
